Weekend (Fri & Sat nights): up to 6 people $630 for 2 nights ~ 7-9 people $750
Week (Non holiday Fri thru Thur or Sun thru Sat nights): up to 6 people $1150 ~ 7-9 people $1400
Holiday weeks & weekends (3 night minimum see below for applicable rates): up to 6 people $350/night ~ 7-9 people $425/night
Extra weekday night: up to 6 people $200/nt ~ 7-9 people $250/nt
Month: $2800-$3500 plus Utilities - for up to 6 people max
Two night minimum (more on Holidays) - One month is max rental in winter & summer.
On Holidays, requests for longer rentals may take precedence.
Generally Check-out by 11:00am; check-in after 3:00pm, but there is usually some flexibility
Cleaning fee and all taxes included.
$300 refundable deposit required to reserve dates - full payment due one month in advance.
We try to keep the house as hypoallergenic as possible for our guests so
NO SMOKING and NO PETS!
Cancellation fee: 1/2 of deposit if cancellation less than one month in advance,
1/2 of rental fee if less than 2 weeks. No refund less than 5 days in advance.
